ECTA also provide a Gas Safety Quality Audit service to Housing Associations, Local Authorities and Contractors. We are flexible in our approach, and can provide both audits and reporting procedures tailored specifically to each customers needs. Our auditors are fully qualified, experienced engineers, and have a long experience of completing gas safety audits.
The audits we complete allow our clients to pinpoint areas of improvement for their workforce or contractors, and therefore provide a better service for their residents. We complete Post inspections on Landlord Gas Safety Inspections, and also Special Request Visits to properties where there may be particular Gas Safety or repair concerns.
Our clients also benefit from our free Technical helpline, which is available during office hours, and from where they can seek the advice of a qualified Gas Technician.
Our approach is flexible to our clients’ requirements, and we audit both the technical safety issues as well as the service to the residents.
We can also provide bespoke training packages, aimed at both Management and Administration staff, on many topics from Landlord’s Gas Safety Regulations to Legionella Prevention.
